he Situation
Hotel Tregella is a small, family run hotel with a friendly atmosphere to make your holiday as happy and carefree as possible, with no tiresome restriction: you have access to your bedroom and the lounge at all times.
The Hotel is one of the few in Newquay to be situated immediately on the seafront giving magnificent views over Towan beach, the harbour and Newquay’s landmark, The Island.
Easy and quick access to the splendid beaches means that bathing direct from the hotel can be enjoyed.
The hotel is also situated right in the centre of Newquay, being only a few moments from the shops, coach/railway stations and most amenities e.g. nightspots, putting, bowls, golf etc.
The Accommodation
The hotel is noted for its traditional and excellent cuisine, personally prepared by the resident proprietors.
There are 9 comfortable bedrooms most of which are ensuite and have tea-makers, central heating, colour television, radio/intercom and hairdryers.
There is a large comfortable lounge with television for guests enjoyment.
Evening snacks and drinks are available from a well stocked cocktail bar where new friendships are often made in the convivial atmosphere.

How to find us!
From the A30 follow the signs for Newquay. At Quintrell Downs roundabout turn right over the level crossing (A3058). Continue along this road go straight over the double mini-roundabouts at the Porth junction and continue heading straight into Newquay. Go straight over the next mini-roundabout (Hilgrove Rd junction) continuing along the main road. You are now approaching the town. Continue until you come to the traffic lights at Berry Rd. Take the third turning on the right Marcus Hill. Go to the bottom of Marcus Hill and then go Straight across the main road (slight diagonal to the right) as Trebarwith Crescent is opposite. Take the first left off Trebarwith Crescent into Island Crescent.
Fistral Beach
Probably the most well known of all Newquay’s beaches.
Renowned for its excellent surf, (world championships have been held here).
The sand is of excellent quality, the beach shelves gently except at high water.
Life guard during the summer months.
Parking on the beach - often full.
Toilets/refreshments on the beach.
Lovely walk around the headland (as seen in the distance).
