Self catering in Looe

St Ives is probably the second most popular seaside resort in Cornwall but for many reasons is the preferred destination for many.
It boasts a quaint little town with cobbled streets, a picturesque harbour; all this is surrounded by lovely sandy beaches, an idealic location for a holiday.
As one would expect, although there are numerous guest houses, hotels, self catering flats, apartments, caravan parks and camp sites, there is very little available in high season, in many cases, low season as well.
It is strongly advised that visitors book well advance.
There is a tourist information centre, but the best place to look for accommodation and information on St Ives is the internet.
These can be searched for by using various search phrases such as self catering in Looe, Looe self catering, Looe Caravan and camping parks, accommodation in Looe, Looe accommodation, there are numerous other phrases with which to experiment.
The town itself is divided into two halves, West Looe and East Looe. East Looe has the main town with all the shops, restaurants and a lovely little sandy beach. West Looe is in the main built alongside the River Looe and some overlooking Looe Island.
Again, pictures of the town and harbour with the surrounding area are readily available on the internet. Many of the caravan parks, hotels, guest houses, camp sites have their own web sites, all of which boast pictures of Looe and the area.
