The Situation (Sleeps 4)
A modern styled dormer house situated at the end of a secluded cul-de-sac within a short walk of Penryn town centre.
The property is tastefully furnished and decorated throughout and offers excellent value self catering accommodation.

Fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, ample supply of cooking utensils and crockery

Dining area - forming part of the kitchen

Separate lounge with comfortable seating, television (freeview)

First floor:
Two bedrooms

Bathroom with bath/shower/wash basin

The property is double glazed throughout
The property is Non Smoking and sorry we do not accept pets.

Rear courtyard with 'drying' facilities
Parking for 2 cars

Tariff:
£285 per week depending on season.
Weeks are from 3.00 p.m. Saturday to 10 a.m. Saturday

Local attractions:
Just a short walk to Penryn town centre, essential supplies, pubs with good food, selection of take-aways.

Falmouth is only a short drive and offers:
Safe sandy beaches.
Pendennis Castle.
A good selection of shops, restaurants, pubs, Leisure Centre, Arts Centre, boat and fishing trips, golf course, water ski-ing, sailing, wind surfing, scuba diving.
Excellent coastal walks.

Penryn is a good base to explore further afield:
The Roseland and Lizard peninsula's.
Local gardens at Trelissick, Glendurgan and Trebah.
The Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan are both within an hour's drive.
Truro city with its magnificent cathedral just a 20 minute drive.

For the less adventurous there are various boat trips, including St Mawes and an extremely picturesque journey up the river to Truro
