The Situation
A small family run guest house offering the very best quality Bed & breakfast with an optional evening meal. Conveniently situated on the main A390 St Austell By-pass allowing easy access to the town centre and main routes to all parts of the county.
The Accommodation
Tastefully furnished and decorated to a very high standard throughout.
Three large double bedrooms all with spacious en-suite facilities, with colour television and complimentary refreshment tray.
Large dining room with separate tables where a full English breakfast is served. A menu is provided with various options including vegetarian and continental. A four course evening meal is available by prior arrangement. The guest house is licensed enabling guests to relax with a glass of wine with their meal.
A comfortable guests lounge with television and reading material.

Directions:
The Elms is on the main A390 road on the western side of St. Austell. Travelling in a westerly direction towards Truro you will pass Asda Supermarket on your left. Continue through the next round a bout with Mevagissey signposted to your left. The Elms is about 200 yards on the right at a minor road junction, it is clearly marked.
