Fifteen Cornwall brings Jamie Oliver’s vision to Watergate Bay, with an innovative menu of the best seasonal and local produce, a relaxed atmosphere, talented chefs– and an incredible view over a beautiful two-mile beach.
There’s more to this unique restaurant than fantastic food, though. The purpose of Fifteen Cornwall is to provide disadvantaged young people from around Cornwall the opportunity to build exceptional careers in the restaurant industry. The Cornwall Foundation of Promise, which will receive all profits from Fifteen Cornwall, has been created specifically to support, train and guide the youngsters as they turn their lives around and become world-class chefs.
Opening in May 2006, Fifteen Cornwall will occupy the first floor of the Extreme Academy building right on the beach. The space is currently being dramatically redesigned to include floor-to-ceiling windows, balconies and an all-weather decking area - it promises to be a phenomenal dining experience to excite all your senses.
