A large detached residence set in its own gardens, the Beach House is in a commanding position overlooking Falmouth Bay with panoramic views towards Pendennis Castle.
It is for those who enjoy a sense of style and calm. Superbly located, positioned opposite Falmouth's main sandy beach and only a short stroll to the restaurants. The National Maritime Museum and Falmouth town centre are within 15 minutes walk.
The Accommodation
A small family run guest house offering two double bedrooms, both stylishly furnished benefiting from spacious en-suite facilities, television, refreshment tray and hair dryer.
The dining room is furnished and decorated to a very high standard and has views to the sea. Separate tables are provided for guests where a full English breakfast is served or, if preferred a continental breakfast in your room.

Directions
The recommended route is the A30 from Exeter across the Bodmin Moor and picking up signs for Truro.
At Truro follow the main road and Falmouth is well signposted.
On entering Falmouth follow signs for Station and Beaches. This enters into Dracaena Avenue.
Local attractions:
Just a few minutes flat walk to Falmouth's main beach
Excellent walks along the coastal path
Public tennis courts adjoin the property
Just a short stroll to a selection of good restaurants
Within a 15 minute walk of the town centre and harbour
Local Amenities include:
A good selection of shops, restaurants, pubs, swimming baths, multi screen cinema, a wide selection of boat and fishing trips, an excellent golf course overlooking the sea, water ski-ing, sailing, (probably the best in the country), wind surfing, scuba diving.
Touring
A good base to explore both the Roseland (via the King Harry ferry) and Lizard peninsulas.
A wide choice of gardens that include, Trelissick, Glendurgans and Trebah. The Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan are both within an hours drive.
Truro City with its magnificent cathedral is just a 20 minute drive.
