The farm itself is set in a beautifully secluded, sheltered valley with superb countryside views all around. A river runs by just opposite our front gate and is an ideal spot to watch some of our local wildlife or the sheep and cattle grazing.

Quinceborough Farm (sleeps from 4 - 7 persons) ETB 4 Stars.
A beautiful farm with both sea and country views. Bed&Breakfast and self catering accommodation of the highest quality. A working, mixed farm of 120 acres occupying a magnificent position with both sea and country views. Originally a local squire's riding stables, in 1905 part of the buildings were converted into a large farmhouse. Much of the produce is home produced or Locally grown and all home-cooked, (silver cups have been won at local shows for cookery!). Many of our guests return year after year and we feel that this is our best recommendation.  Only a short drive to local beaches.  Private amenities include a swimming pool and tennis court.

The fully equipped kitchen has  a walk in larder. Walk through the kitchen and the vaulted-beamed ceiling looking up to the mezzanine reached via an oak staircase, will take your breath away.
Houndapitt Farm Cottages        (sleeps  2 - 6)
Set in a 100 acre estate with stunning views overlooking Sandymouth Bay. Formerly 19th Century stables and barns, this tasteful conversion has retained much of the old character. The large paved courtyard is decked out with a blaze of colour in the summer. Each cottage has it's own parking space adjacent to the cottage, and overflow parking is available. All around are Picturesque breathtaking sea and countryside views in this peaceful part of Cornwall

The beach is renowned for surfing & great rock pools. The name Nampara is from the novels by Winston Graham and each cottage name is connected with the novels. Our eldest Son is called ‘Ross’ after the hero in the novels. All around are Picturesque breathtaking sea and countryside views in this peaceful part of Cornwall.
