The Situation  
Lovely traditional tin miners cottage, set in beautiful rural surroundings - yet only 1 1/2 miles from St Ives. Enjoy a stroll to St Ives through fields & experience the tranquility - an ideal location for your holiday and a nature lovers paradise. Large garden with BBQ and picnic tables for "al fresco" dining and ample Parking . Ideally situated in the Cornish village of Halsetown.

Accommodation: front door leads directly into lounge/dining area. Traditionally furnished with beamed ceilings and natural stone slate fireplace. Kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge etc. Shower room is tiled to ceiling. The open-tread staircase leads to bedroom 1 with double bed and bedroom 2 with twin beds.
The cottage is situated in the village of Halsetown, which is approximately 1 1/2 miles from St Ives. The village has lots of amenities including a post office, village stores and country inn with restaurant. There is also a riding centre in the village offering hourly rides and full day treks.
The local bus service is operated hourly except Sundays.
