  The Situation  
Directly on the Helford River at Mawnan Smith near Falmouth.   In an idyllic wooded setting overlooking an inlet of the Helford river it is close the village of Port Navas and only two miles from Mawnan Smith, the latter has a good range of village facilities.
The Accommodation
A delightful stone built cottage with pretty gardens is spacious and comfortably furnished.
The cottage sleeps four.   One double bedroom and one twin bedroom.   It has all modern facilities.
Upstairs comprises:   Two bedrooms, bathroom, shower cubicle, separate toilet.
Downstairs:   Large comfortable lounge, inner kitchen, outer kitchen/diner with electric cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave etc.
Outside:   Toilet, gardens, ample undercover Parking.
There is an immersion heater for hot water.  Electricity is on a £1 coin meter.
Services:  
Central hedating is charged as used.
Bed Linen included in the rent.
Colour television, music centre and garden furniture.
Sorry no pets.

How to find Bridge Cottage

 

Take the Truro to Penryn/Falmouth road A39 At the roundabout at the top of Penryn, go straight over – towards Helston At the next double roundabout take the exit to Mabe.  It is the second exit off the second roundabout.   Carry on into Mabe and go straight across the crossroads.

 

Follow the signs from here to Mawnan Smith.   In the village of Mawnan, pass the right hand side of the pub (The Red Lion).

Go out of the village, at the second crossroads take the right hand towards Port Navas.

Go past the entrance to Budock Vean Hotel, down the hill, past one stretch of water on your left.   At the next stretch of water you will see a cottage looking down the creek.   There is a red letter box in the hedge outside the gate of the cottage.

You have arrived.
