The Situation

St Georges is a large old property at Shutta, a conservation area just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Looe. St Georges has been tastefully converted into three spacious holiday flats, suitable for holidays throughout the year.
The Flats are light, airy, spacious, and warm and comfortable. They are maintained to a high standard. We pride ourselves on their cleanliness. We frequently receive letters of commendation from guests. Each flat is equipped with colour television, gas cooker, toaster, microwave, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, fridge, plenty of crockery and cooking utensils. All beds have good quality mattresses and continental quilts.

  • There is free Parking for one car per flat.
  • Cots and high chairs available on request.
  • There is a laundry room with free use of automatic washing machine and a tumble dryer that takes £1 coins.
  • All linen is provided, except towels.
  • Fresh linen is provided on Saturdays.
  • Electricity is by £1 coin meter in each flat.
  • There is no charge for gas.
  • Flats 1 and 2 have about 8 steps up to
    them. Flat 3 is on level ground.
  • Pets are generally not accepted, but there
    may be exceptions. Please ask.

Flat One

This flat is cosy and comfortable and especially popular with both single people and couples who want to get away from it all and have a
quiet, relaxing holiday in Looe.
Flat one has one double bedroom, a large bathroom, and an open plan kitchen diner and lounge. The lounge area is spacious,
has comfortable chairs and a colour television.

A breakfast bar separates the lounge from the kitchen area, which is modern and well appointed.  The bedroom is a pleasant room
with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. It adjoins the large bathroom which has a bath with shower, toilet and washbasin in sage green.

Flat Two

 

This two bedroom flat has spacious open-plan lounge/diner and kitchen with two sofas, colour television, standard lamp and attractive pictures. Behind louvred doors in the lounge
is an extra drop down bed if required. The dining area has a pine style table and chairs. The kitchen, separated by a divider, is well
equipped and spacious.
Bedroom 1 has twin beds and is large,
light and pleasant with windows on two walls

Bedroom 2 has a double bed and is
very comfortable. There is plenty of drawer and wardrobe space in all bedrooms.
The bathroom was completely refurbished in 2002. There is a separate WC.
This flat usually sleeps 4, but with the extra bed folded down will accommodate another adult or 2 children.

Flat Three

This is our largest flat with three double bedrooms. It has its own entrance on the ground floor in the courtyard. In season, the courtyard is very attractive with plenty of flower tubs and hanging baskets and has a patio table and chairs so guests can sit outside. The lounge is large and has a 3 piece suite, colour television and good furniture and wall lights. The kitchen/diner is especially large, well equipped, light and airy.
All bedrooms have plenty of drawer and cupboard space. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and bath with shower, in sage green.
This flat sleeps six people.
