You will go round two mini roundabouts at the bottom of Helston town and you will see a boating lake on your left, then a motor home showroom on your right. There is a central archway, drive into the courtyard and you will find number 5 clearly marked.

Local attractions
There are numerous attractions close by, the seal sanctuary and Flambards and the Eden Project is les than an hours drive away. Helston celebrates the coming of summer with Flora Day when there are dances through the streets to the famous tune of the Floral dance.

The Lizard peninsula lies south of Helston and boasts a number of attractive villages such as Helford, Cadgwith, Mullion and Cocerack. Further west is Penzance and beyond is Penwith. Here you will find gorgeous beaches like Porthcurno with the Minnack theatre and Sennen famous for its surfing. Tin mining was important in this area and it is possible to go underground at Geevor. Altogether there is lots to do and see.

With regret no pets accepted.

Smokers welcome.
