The Situation
Situated at the head of the Lizard Peninsula in unspoilt countryside with panoramic rural views.
The picturesque village of Penarth and Stithians Lake are within a short drive.   All essential supplies can be obtained nearby.
The Accommodation
Two self catering units tastefully converted from an old wool store barn.   Completed in 1999 and a succession of visitors throughout the Summer thoroughly enjoyed their stay and were impressed with the standard of accommodation. Children particularly love it, they can help feed the ducks and chickens, collect eggs, bottle feed the baby goats and any orphan lambs, as well as playing with our dogs and ponies.   It is a safe environment for children, well away from roads and traffic, and a quiet and peaceful place for adults who just want to get away from it all.
The units are the same size but with slightly differing lay-outs.
Both have open plan lounge, kitchen and dining areas.
The lounge area has comfortable sofas and chairs, fireplace with electric fire, colour television, video and stereo.
The kitchens are very well equipped with full size cookers, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle toasters etc. plus plenty of crockery utensils and pans.
There are two double bedrooms, one having a double bed and two singles the other having a double bed and bunk beds.
The bathrooms have a bath with electric shower.
Every effort is made to make the barns a home from home with a selection of books and video’s on the shelves and pictures on the walls and a few toys for our younger guests.
The beds have duvets and pillows and all bed linen is supplied.   The background heating is by storage radiators in the lounge kitchen and bedrooms, and the units are very well insulated and are therefore very warm.   Downstairs there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, irons and ironing boards are supplied for each unit.

Local attractions:
A warm welcome awaits you at White Alice Farm.
Many holiday attractions lie within easy reach for those who like to explore.   Only a mile away is the wonderful lake at Stithians, where you can enjoy numerous watersports.   Sailing, windsurfing, canoeing and fishing.   It is also a haven for birdwatchers, and there are pleasant gentle walks around the lake and up to the dam.   After a hard day Touring the area sightseeing, or some frantic activity such as surfing, you can return to the calm of White Alice and enjoy a wonderful Cornish cream tea.   All preserves and cakes are home made, you cannot visit Cornwall without sampling a cream tea just once!
In the evenings there are many Inns and restaurants nearby, where you will find good food and varied menus, plus a selection of Ales and local cider, why not sample some of the local fish dishes most places have a wide selection on there menus.   Please ask Mick or Sue, they will be happy to recommend places where they have enjoyed good food.
The farm is well situated for travel around Cornwall and for access to both North and South coasts.   Plenty of quiet coves and bays are within easy reach, with safe sandy beaches for adults and children alike.

This is a totally unspoilt part of Cornwall and every effort is made to make your stay a happy one.
